MacBook Pro Problems

So today I started having trouble with my MacBook Pro’s battery & charger. The computer thinks it’s done charging before it actually is and the LED light on the charger flashes back and forth between green and orange. I think I may have to buy a new battery :( That or a new charger. I’ll investigate further when I head back home on Sunday.
