MGMT - Song For Dan Treacy

I thought all of you might enjoy a preview of the new MGMT album “Congratulations.” It’s a lot different than their previous release. Both members stressed that the album was heavily influenced by surfing (hence the album cover which features a cartoon, cat-like creature, surfing and being engulfed by a wave, which also looks like some sort of cat.) It has a very psychedelic sound to it, but I can’t say I like it better than their last release (Oracular Spectacular.) It is definitely worth buying though.
